DESCRIPTION

The Procurement team is pivotal to both the Sales and Service Delivery areas of Amber and is responsible for negotiating and securing energy contracts ranging from spends of £100,000 up to multi-million-pound contracts. We focus on tailoring bespoke procurement solutions for our clients and partnering them with the right supplier, ensuring exceptional service.
The Portfolio Administrator is an exciting role within the team, accountable for ensuring client portfolios are accurately set up and maintained, via on/off-boarding and change of tenancy processes. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the intricacies of the fast-paced energy markets, build successful relationships, and is a platform from which you can further develop your skills.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake the collation of information from various sources in accordance with deadlines.
  • Completing data cleansing/application process to 100% accuracy.
  • Oversee the Change of Tenancy process.
  • Manage documentation in line with company standards.
  • Resolve queries swiftly and effectively in line with company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
