Portfolio Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst who will support project governance and execution by maintaining project management frameworks and tools, ensuring compliance with standards, and assisting in continuous process improvement initiatives. This role works closely with IT Project Managers and Governance teams to enhance project success rates. Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist in maintaining project management frameworks and tools within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with IT Governance and Project Managers to capture requirements and ensure compliance with policies and templates. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution effectiveness. Communicate updates and improvements on project management processes and tools. Help facilitate forums and workshops to promote adoption of methodologies and tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management or project delivery lifecycle. Familiarity with global project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Preferably experienced with SharePoint, JIRA/Confluence, or ServiceNow. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
