We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst (Commercial Lending) to join Amegy’s Commercial Lending team in Houston, TX. Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to: Utilize a compliance monitoring database to ensure timely receipt of customer's financial reporting requirements. Complete accurate and consistent covenant testing in accordance with corporate credit policies and loan agreements, as applicable. (May) Request information from customers. Make recommendations and identify red-flag concerns to the Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers through written documentation and other forms of communication. Perform general administrative tasks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Basic knowledge of loan documentation, administration, and policies/procedures. Must be familiar with reading, understanding, and analyzing financial statements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data.
