Job Description This role will be pivotal in making the transformation and evolution of Entain's Product & Technology department into a Product-led powerhouse a reality. Leading by example with exceptionally high standards, you will be supporting a high-performing PMO team, focused on enabling Product to succeed in delivering world-class experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for the implementation of the governance framework in close partnership with the Tech leads and Product managers and closely work with pillar leadership to plan, monitor and control change in terms of pillar-driven ideas and initiatives. What you will do: Support the effective implementation & monitoring of the governance framework covering key activities such across-team grooming, quarterly planning. Support the PMO's objectives by providing analytical, administrative, and coordination support across various aspects of project and portfolio management. Co-ordinate with product managers and technical managers throughout the product development phase. Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and recommend process enhancements. Manage pillar capacity and effort tracking. Control and effectively manage change control in respective product pillars. Analyse project and planning data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Support stakeholders on understanding processes and tools. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by obtaining regular feedback from stakeholders which will feed an ongoing improvement backlog. . Qualifications Key Skills: Strong communicator, the ability to share or understand information, ideas and feelings successfully. Strong and demonstrable collaboration skills, evidenced through experience in previous roles of a similar stature and nature. Adept in Stakeholder Management Extensive experience in Planning, monitoring and Change control. Expert in Project coordination, planning, organizing and reporting project progress. Desired: Knowledge of the Gaming Industry Previous experience PMO coordination and Agile principles. Embrace Agile Development principles, following an iterative and flexible approach to software development that emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and customer feedback throughout the development process. Expert in debugging, resolving bugs within computer programs, software, or systems.
