Job Description
You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Department in managing the Australia portfolio
  • Monitor and analyse financial and operational performance of portfolio
  • Prepare management reports and board papers
  • Review and monitor asset enhancement initiatives
  • Assist in annual budgeting exercise
  • Carry out annual valuation of properties
  • Work closely with overseas operations to align their policies and processes with HQ

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing office or logistics assets
  • Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management
  • Possess strong analytical and financial skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
