Job Description
You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Department in managing the Australia portfolio
- Monitor and analyse financial and operational performance of portfolio
- Prepare management reports and board papers
- Review and monitor asset enhancement initiatives
- Assist in annual budgeting exercise
- Carry out annual valuation of properties
- Work closely with overseas operations to align their policies and processes with HQ
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing office or logistics assets
- Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
