Are you a passionate implementor with experience working in maternal and newborn health? We are seeking an engaged, solution-oriented professional to join our team in Stavanger, Norway in a one-year temporary position.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Portfolio and Implementation Manager for Educational Programs leads the creation, management and implementation of Laerdal supported educational programs, with a focus on the Helping Mothers and Babies Survive (HMBS) portfolio. This role is responsible for guiding the portfolio, for supporting partners and other team members in the Impact & Implementation team to adapt, implement and scale these programs, and managing key partnerships for the development of new tools and courses.

Responsibilities
  • Drive long-term vision and strategy for scaling up educational programs.
  • Communicate and advocate for this strategy and establish a shared vision with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our partners and other stakeholders to make sure our educational programs are meeting our impact targets.
  • Support researchers and early adopters implementing and scaling solutions in low resource settings.
  • Contribute to global marketing and launch plans for new solutions in portfolio.
  • Set and analyze metrics that measure the success of products/programs.
