Place of work: Budapest / Százhalombatta / Tiszaújváros (one location only) As a Portfolio and Process Analysis Expert, you will oversee all investment projects in Hungary, focusing on financial reporting, cost control processes, digitalization and process development project management principles. You will also act as a coordinator of your teammates of project controllers in the ongoing digitalization projects and process development. Your aim will be to support the successful implementation of investment projects within budget and on schedule. Coordinating financial and commissioning plans for investments, planning and controlling the efficient use of financial resources. Continuously improving the project financial reporting process in line with industry best practices. Providing comprehensive support for digitization processes and projects. The assignment is planned within Investment Hungary organization, Project Control and Support department, Portfolio and Process Analysis team and you will be the Person who: support the successful implementation of investment projects within budget and on schedule coordinating financial and commissioning plans for investments planning and controlling the efficient use of financial resources continuously improving the project financial reporting process in line with industry best practices providing comprehensive support for digitization processes and projects Working in major CAPEX projects across various sectors such as Refinery, Petrochemicals, Logistics, Surface Upstream, Innovative Business Solutions, and Circular Economy, including strategic project as well. Main responsibilities: Provides financial data for investment financial reports, regularly reviews processes and adjusts them to business needs Supports Project Managers in financial and accounting matters Supports the work of the Portfolio Manager with portfolio-level analyses and prepares reports according to the Portfolio Manager's instructions Independently assists in the development and continuous improvement of the methodology of Project Controling systems related to the organization's activities with proactive analyses and suggestions Makes process improvement suggestions and transforms the reporting system in line with digitalization trends Coordinates the process improvements necessary for digitalization in accordance with requirements and makes independent professional decisions in this regard. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing clear and actual updates on project status and performance. Proposes actions to improve quality of daily operation and reporting system Act as a developer- see through the current processes of the organization, and continuously develop it; furthermore, tailor it according to the project needs, along with the industry’s best practice Requirements: University degree (financial or economical experiences, project management is an advantage) Solid knowledge in reporting, data management and advanced analytics SAP knowledge Good understanding of O365 – Excel, Word & PowerPoint (power applications are an advantage) Strong teamwork and coordination skills Product Owner experience is an advantage 2-5 years’ of professional work experience - preferably in a project financial role or working in other project management support functions in Capital Projects Individual decision making ability Advanced level of English knowledge, Hungarian is a must Why should you join?
