If you have experience of less than one year and want to sit in amongst the action of a growing company and have exposure to almost everything when it comes to fund management then this is the role for you. As a Portfolio Management Assistant AIFM, you will work with more senior members of the team and be exposed to a variety of tasks including. Assisting with the production of internal presentations, documents and reports Designing and proposing procedures for implementation and portfolio management. Day to day Portfolio administration including dealing with Banks, Lawyers and other providers. Developing and supporting structure and flow charts, cash flow projections, capital allocation and fund flows. Working with colleagues in Finance, Compliance and the global NB Group to obtain relevant data; synthetizing, finding and suggesting recommendations. Preparing and managing internal databases Preparing and updating documents, including but not limited to due diligence questionnaires, oversight reports, activities reports, Liaising with team members, and external advisors on projects as needed Project coordination across multiple demanding and time critical initiatives We believe this represents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working professional to initiate their career and build up experience in a demanding but rewarding environment.
