Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for an experienced, highly organised, proactive professional to join our team in a full-time, remote position.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in:

  • Lettings Management
  • Sales Progression
  • Property Coordination

If you’ve worked in an estate agency or property investment firm and understand what it means to keep clients informed, paperwork moving, and deals progressing — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the onboarding of new investor clients
  • Coordinating between agents, solicitors, brokers, and surveyors
  • Progressing deals from offer accepted to completion
  • Keeping clients regularly updated with professional, clear communication
  • Supporting refurb projects with timelines and check-ins
  • Maintaining internal systems (we use GoHighLevel & Google Workspace)
  • Spotting issues early and ensuring smooth, timely completions
  • Supporting general client experience and retention

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years in lettings management or sales progression
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with CRMs or property management tools
  • Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
  • A proactive mindset — if something looks off, you’ll spot it and act
