Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS

As an Operations Assistant , you are a central point of contact who ensures that our daily business processes run smoothly. You make a significant contribution to the efficiency and organization of our team and take on a variety of administrative and operational tasks, particularly in office management, travel and event organization, and general support of the team.

TASKS:

  • Office Management & Office Infrastructure: Workstations, Flex-Space, Desk Allocations, Meeting Rooms, Reception & Visitor Services
  • Travel & Event Management : travel bookings, hotel reservations, transport, event and catering organization
  • Employee Services & Wellbeing: Snacks, drinks, company car, general team services
  • Office Logistics & Office Equipment: Office equipment, mail processing, SWAGs, merchandise, support at trade fairs
  • Organization: HQ visits , appointment management, meetings.
