Job Description We have an exciting new opportunity for a Portfolio Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our growing Project Management and Portfolio activities across Digital Engineering. Your role / what will you do? You have a structured & analytical mindset that allows you to make sense of complex information to effectively solve problems. Responsibilities: Transparency being key - Monitor project performance, deviations, and risks while supporting mitigation actions. Support monthly financial/project status reporting processes as needed. Assist in resource allocation, workload overview, and capacity coordination across teams. Ensure smooth workflow by addressing operational blockers and escalating issues when necessary Support adherence to internal project management methodologies and office procedures Identify opportunities for workflow/process improvements and efficiency gains Track, analyze, and report on project progress and KPIs using relevant tools. Contribute to internal process and team improvement initiatives within the Portfolio Management team. Location Amsterdam, please expect occasional travel as part of the role in Northern Europe. Qualifications Your qualification and experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering Demonstrated ability to engage & communicate well to teams & stakeholders A proactive, agile approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
