The Portfolio Data Assistant will be a member of the Investments team. This role will support the Portfolio Billing Specialist and Portfolio Data Specialist in entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion. Responsibilities: Enter billing settings for new accounts Set up held away and consolidated billing Enter missing data from custodian downloads Create new accounts in Orion Initiate termination of investment services process Provide support for special projects, as needed Skills and Behaviors: Intense drive to ensure high quality and minimal customer escapes.
