  • .You’ll be responsible for:✅ Taking ownership of delivery performance across a complex change portfolio ✅ Quickly assessing delivery health, risks, dependencies and resource challenges ✅ Stabilising priority or at-risk initiatives and putting practical recovery plans in place ✅ Managing critical dependencies across technology, business change and operations ✅ Challenging delivery plans, assumptions and timelines ✅ Providing robust delivery assurance, governance and RAID management ✅ Coaching and supporting Project Managers to strengthen delivery capability ✅ Influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions ✅ Helping shape and prioritise the future change portfolio
