Portfolio Director of HR Bringing people together is what hospitality’s all about. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be: Leading the People & Culture strategy across your hotel portfolio – ensuring a consistent, engaging, and high-performance culture from onboarding through to leadership development, succession, and exit. Partnering closely with General Managers and senior leaders to drive talent, engagement, and performance outcomes aligned with IHG’s global standards and local legislative requirements. Providing strategic oversight of workforce planning, manning, and payroll budgeting across multiple hotels – ensuring optimal FTE alignment, cost control, and future workforce readiness. Guiding, coaching, and developing property-level People & Culture teams to strengthen leadership capability, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making. Identifying market and industry trends to shape competitive total rewards, retention, and talent strategies that position IHG as an employer of choice. What we need from you Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent Four years of related experience in HR – supervisory experience is also beneficial Professional HR designation preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matters Must speak local language(s) Other languages preferred Join us today!
