Market Research & Insights:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities; provide insights to guide campaign strategy and optimization. 2. Regional Campaign Strategy & Development:Design and execute region-specific marketing strategies and campaigns that align with global direction and address local market needs. 3. Localized Campaign Execution:Plan and implement localized marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, ensuring operational excellence and on-time delivery. 4. Market Engagement & Front-Line Feedback:Serve as a front-line marketer, directly engaging with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather real-time feedback, strengthen relationships, and enhance market understanding. 5. Performance Tracking & Optimization:Monitor campaign performance using data-driven analysis; adjust tactics, messaging, and channel strategies to improve impact and ROI. 6. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration:Collaborate with global marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and customer needs. 7. Product Messaging & Value Alignment:Work closely with product teams to ensure marketing content and messaging accurately reflect product capabilities and value propositions. 8. Agency & Stakeholder Management:Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and regional stakeholders on content creation, creative development, and campaign execution to ensure high-quality delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; Master’s is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in B2B or field marketing, ideally in EDA/CAE industries. Strong skills in market research, data interpretation, and converting insights into action. Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. Ability to develop localized strategies, craft compelling messaging, and drive creative campaign ideas. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global, product, sales, and external teams. Strong project management capabilities, with experience handling multiple initiatives and stakeholders. Comfortable engaging directly with customers and partners to gather feedback and build relationships. Agile, adaptable, and able to solve problems in fast-paced environments.
