Job Description As a Portfolio Group Reservations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of group bookings across our Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Handling contracted group reservations, from rooming lists and deposits through to post-stay follow-up. Acting as the main point of contact for group bookings and fostering strong client relationships. Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting using hotel systems. Collaborating with hotel teams to coordinate group logistics and ensure seamless service. Working closely with our sales and revenue teams to identify group business opportunities Staying up to date with and promoting the ALL Live Limitless loyalty program Qualifications We’re looking for someone who brings both passion and precision to their work.
