Your responsibilities will include: Handling contracted group reservations, from receipt of inquiry, correspondence and any required follow up Obtaining rooming lists & facilitating a smooth handover between client & hotel management Leading and supporting our Group Reservation Coordinators in their daily tasks, empowering them to excel in their roles Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting using hotel systems. Working closely with our sales and revenue teams to identify group business opportunities Staying up to date with and promoting the ALL Live Limitless loyalty program Qualifications We seek a candidate who combines enthusiasm with attention to detail.
