POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a motivated and resourceful Portfolio Growth Partner to help identify, source, and secure new investor’s properties throughout Missouri to manage. This is a sales and growth-oriented role where you’ll be the face of our investor relations researching leads, building relationships with property owners, and bringing in new properties for management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management required
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with excellent follow-through and time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Technically savvy in a property management software, Google Suite, Microsoft, CRM

• Proactively identify single-family and multifamily properties suitable for property management
• Procure and nurture relationships with property owners, real estate investors, and referral partners
• Generate leads through local networking, outreach, and digital tools
• Present Cronkhite’s property management services in a compelling and professional manner
• Work closely with our operations teams to onboard new properties
• Meet or exceed performance goals
