REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) or Project Office role.
• Strong financial and budgetary experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or core understanding of agile ways of working.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Qualitest is seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst to join our Technology Services team. You’ll play a key role in supporting, enabling, and tracking the successful delivery of change and BAU portfolios. Working closely with Delivery, Engineering, and Product teams, you’ll ensure all portfolio activities are effectively monitored and reported to senior stakeholders, including monthly steering committees and quarterly change reviews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Portfolio Finances: Oversee monthly reconciliation of Oracle and change actuals; partner with Delivery Managers to align value stream financials; proactively validate initiative forecasts; liaise with Finance and FP&A to ensure accurate corporate reporting.
• Change Oversight: Maintain awareness of all active change and BAU initiatives; understand the wider Tech Services value stream, squad, and cost centre structure.
• Resource Management: Track and report on departmental resourcing; advise on over/under utilisation.
• Portfolio Reporting: Develop and manage effective reporting to enable data-driven decision-making; ensure adherence to reporting standards and cadence.
• Continuous Improvement: Act as a trusted partner to the department; enhance portfolio delivery, control, and processes.
