We offer Corporate Banking services to international companies in the American market, and Private Banking services primarily to Latin American high net worth individuals and families.  Job Description  Banco Sabadell is seeking a Portfolio Management to join a dynamic new team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.  Responsibilities  • Analyze Borrowers waiver requests, prepare waiver memo and interacts the Agent Bank or Borrower for questions and with the credit team for approval • Analyze Borrowers compliance certificates and financial reports    • Provide support to other teams to solve questions with respect to any loan of the portfolio  • Monitor the Structured Finance loans participating in follow ups calls with Borrowers and Agent Banks  • Assist with the CRE & Hospitality loan disbursement process (construction loans) • Assist on the Budget review for bilateral loans and loans when bank acts as Agent • Assist Manager on any specific request or project assigned to the Department Requirements  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar. • Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field. • Bilingual - Ability to speak, write and read English and Spanish fluently. • Loan structuring expertise • Credit analysis skills.
