Job Description The Portfolio team is responsible for ensuring the business is working on the right things at the right time. The team ensures that any new initiatives are properly assessed, sequenced and aligned before resources are committed, making sure that resources are invested where they'll deliver the most value as well as enabling the organization to respond to shifting priorities. What you will do: Analyze new project, feature, and change requests from stakeholders across the business using the end to end intake process for Portfolio assessment and planning. Assess incoming requests for business value, strategic alignment, urgency, and feasibility, facilitate prioritization discussions with portfolio leadership. Assign resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing capacity, skillsets, and business priorities. Serve as primary point of contact for request status, timelines, and resource availability, ensure transparent, timely updates to stakeholders. Contribute to tracking and reporting by maintaining up to date records on the dashboards and systems used by Portfolio to track progress of assessment and planning of new requests. Adhere to intake, prioritization, and allocation policies, as well as best practices and compliance standards. Work closely with portfolio managers, project leads, and other functional teams to align on priorities and resolve resource conflicts. This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. #LI-Remote Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Be based in Brazil English Advanced (C1) 5 or more years of experience in program management, project management or a related role within the technology or financial services sector Detail oriented with strong analytical approach Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams and deliver in agile environments Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with engineering and product lifecycle processes Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment Nice to have: Technical related expertise (development, infrastructure, familiarity with architectural design), Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google) Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
