As the Portfolio Management Chapter Lead, you play a key role in shaping and evolving transformation governance. You develop and continuously improve policies, standards, and processes, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and adaptable to varying program sizes, risks, and delivery methods. You also oversee the use of digital tools and automation, driving smarter workflows and enabling data-informed decision-making. You collaborate across Technology and Divisional teams to enhance lifecycle processes, provide coaching on delivery standards, and maintain strong relationships with PMOs and Program Directors. Through capability uplift initiatives, audit monitoring, and feedback loops, you foster a strong, inclusive community of practice—aligning portfolio management frameworks and championing strategic prioritisation across the organisation. What do I need? Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of cross-functional change. Advanced program and project management capabilities, with proven success in the banking or financial services sector. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse teams and perspectives. Familiarity with emerging technologies, including automation and AI, and their application in improving delivery and operational efficiency. Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing policies, standards, and controls that support scalable and inclusive transformation. Advanced change management skills, with a focus on enabling sustainable outcomes and supporting people through transition. Why join us?
