Description Portfolio Manager We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic financial team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble loan request packages for new and existing credit relationships. Perform detailed financial analysis, including business and individual cash flow analysis, debt service analysis, and related underwriting support. Prepare initial Credit Memorandums / Risk Grades for larger, more complex, or higher exposure loan relationships. Monitor assigned loan portfolios for upcoming maturities, financial statement exceptions, past dues, and other servicing needs. Coordinate with lenders and Loan Operations to facilitate renewals, short-term extensions, and ongoing portfolio maintenance. Prepare annual reviews and assist in maintaining updated customer financial information and loan relationship documentation. Assess and analyze credit applications to determine creditworthiness and risk levels Develop and maintain professional working relationships with customers assigned to the portfolio. Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding loan requests, financial information gathering, renewal coordination, and general relationship support. Work closely with Loan Operations, Loan Closers, Lender Assistants, and other internal departments to ensure efficient processing and closing of loan requests. Coordinate the collection of source documents and follow-up items needed for underwriting, closing, and portfolio management. Requirements Banking, lending, underwriting, portfolio management, or related financial services experience preferred. Prior experience with financial statement analysis and credit underwriting strongly preferred. Understanding of commercial and consumer lending products, credit policy, loan documentation, and general banking operations preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred, but not required based on relevant experience. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and organizational skills. Commitment to quality, accountability, and customer service. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
