Job Description This role is to oversee and support the transformation and change portfolio of projects, including delivery standards, reporting, benefits tracking and financial management Role Responsibilities Co-ordinate governance of financial investment in platform change Document financial governance TORs and standards Manage forecasting, actuals and budget for investment projects. Escalate significant financial risks and deviations Liaise with Transformation and Change delivery managers to ensure accurate and timely financial data capture Partner with Technology and Finance delivery leads to ensure alignment of financials across teams Define and operate necessary controls to be effective and auditable Support head of Transformation and Change in driving project delivery, addressing dependencies and cross-portfolio risks Qualifications Degree in a relevant field 10+ years of financial services change delivery experience, preferably in Payments/FX/Banking (eg as Programme Management Office lead) Deep experience in project governance, delivery methodology and standards Additional Information Hybrid working Contributory personal pension plan: - Minimum: Employee 2% and Employer 7%.
