We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Portfolio Manager. Principal responsibilities Build and manage a portfolio of SME customers promote general banking services, cash management, Foreign Exchanges and loans and other banking products Achieve various business targets Develop and maintain cordial customer relationship and provide quality customer services Conduct regular and effective account reviews and enhance existing relationship via cross-selling Manage CDD risk, monitor suspicious behaviour and take appropriate action in compliance with established policy and guideline, to protect the Bank’s interest Act as deputy Centre Manager to manage BBC operation, drive business result and deliver CDD risk control Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior members Qualifications University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline Proven years of sales experience, with good knowledge of SME business Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfilment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance Strong self-motivation with outgoing personality and ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
