In this role, you will work closely with fellow Portfolio Managers, Advisors, and the Investments team to ensure client portfolios are aligned with each client’s Investment Policy Statement and long-term goals. This is a client-facing position, with a focus on portfolio oversight, investment recommendations, and trade execution using our rebalancing software. Job Responsibilities Act as a “go-to” investment resource to high-net-worth (HNW) and family office (FO) clients. Meet with Financial Advisors to review and manage client portfolios towards investment guidelines as outlined in the client’s Investment Policy Statement. Independently monitor, suggest and implement changes to client portfolios. Generate investment guidelines specific to client risk tolerances and goals. Champion the firm’s portfolio rebalancing software and investment guidelines. Utilize research software to screen for new investment ideas and maintain due diligence on existing holdings. Develop expertise in Investment Grade Municipal and Corporate Bond markets. In conjunction with the Director of Fixed Income, construct, monitor, and report on individual bond portfolios. Manage research projects assigned by the Investment Committee. Complete special projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (required) with a focus in Finance or Investments (preferred). 5+ years of relevant industry experience working with HNW and FO clients. CFA Charterholder. Demonstrated knowledge of various securities markets, including private alternatives such as private equity, private debt and real estate. Familiarity with individual bond structures, especially in investment grade corporate and municipal markets, is a plus. A passion for teaching junior associates about financial markets, finance theory, economics, and current events. Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail who can balance multiple projects and demands. in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and a willingness to pitch in where needed. Proactively strive to review processes for efficiency and effectiveness. When challenged, demonstrate intellectual curiosity and tenacity to find a solution. Ability to successfully pass criminal background / credit check required.
