JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join one of the most known petfood brands, Royal Canin a division of Mars Petcare, to lead our Healthy Pets portfolio strategy and deployment in the Benelux. As Portfolio Manager Healthy Pets in the Benelux, you will be able to join a highly driven team of professionals contributing to the health of our furry friends.
The Portfolio Manager Healthy Pets will be responsible for portfolio strategy, performance and innovations. The Portfolio Manager will then work with trade marketing and sales teams to make sure that we are delivering against these metrics.

• Build the portfolio strategic plan for the Benelux cluster and then track performance against that plan
• Drives the in-year growth agenda
• Ability to transform this assessment into action
• Ability to build a plan and land innovation and re-novation well in conjunction with the other key stake holders
• Understand the Pet Owner and what drives their behaviours
