This role sits at the heart of our organisation, at part of the Programme and Portfolio Management team and working alongside the Heads of Portfolio and Programme Managers, you will bring clarity to priorities, align demand with capacity, and ensure our investment delivers real value for customers and colleagues What you’ll do Owning and evolving our change portfolio, from demand through to delivery Supporting strategic decision‑making by providing clear insight on priorities, capacity, risks and benefits Making sure change is governed well, proportionately and effectively Connecting the dots across programmes and projects — spotting dependencies and pinch points early Championing benefits realisation so we stay focused on outcomes, not activity Continuously improving how we manage portfolio performance and maturity Why join us You’ll work across the full portfolio, giving you visibility and influence few roles offer.
