• The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the full property lifecycle, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and providing market-informed advice on buying, selling, and leasing. Responsibilities include maintaining an up-to-date understanding of local market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating offers, and coordinating documentation and transaction processes with developers, owners, and tenants. The agent will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet performance targets, ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, and deliver a professional, client-focused experience.
