The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the full property lifecycle, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and providing market-informed advice on buying, selling, and leasing. Responsibilities include maintaining an up-to-date understanding of local market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating offers, and coordinating documentation and transaction processes with developers, owners, and tenants. The agent will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet performance targets, ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, and deliver a professional, client-focused experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong client relationship and sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing capabilities. Ability to conduct market research and comparative analysis, with solid knowledge of Dubai and UAE real estate regulations and trends. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage. Valid real estate license or RERA certification in Dubai, and prior experience in real estate brokerage or property advisory. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site, attend meetings, and conduct property visits as required.
