Description
Responsibilities * Daily PCF Production: Produce and publish the daily Portfolio Composition File (PCF) accurately and on time. * Portfolio Adjustments: Execute portfolio changes and trade orders driven by subscriptions and redemptions. * Investment Management: Manage and ensure the ETF accurately tracks its benchmark index with minimal tracking error. Oversee the valuation, controls, reconciliations and trade support operations. * External Advisors: Liaise with external investment advisors and integrate their inputs into portfolio decisions. * Sales Support: Partner with front-line sales team to support fund raising, client meetings and investor presentations. * Compliance and Risk Monitoring: Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including SFC Code on Unit Trusts and Mutual Funds and counterparty, liquidity risk monitoring etc. * Ad Hoc Projects: Perform other duties as assigned by senior management, including system enhancements, new product development, or regulatory filings, response and disclosure.   Requirements * Experience: 5 years' fund manager experience in publicly offered funds and ETF * ETF Knowledge: Proven experience in ETF management and daily PCF process. * Licensing: Currently registered as SFC Type 1, 4, 9 license and KIP public fund is a plus * Skills: Proficient in Bloomberg/Wind; programming (Python/VBA) an advantage. * Languages: Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
