MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital portfolio or project management in a cross-functional or matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of digital product development, agile methodologies, and customer-centric design principles.
  • Proven ability to manage across multiple teams, initiatives, and business priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Planview, or similar for work tracking and visibility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, FullStory) is preferred.
  • Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is a plus.
    Pay Range: $115,500-$173,300

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

As part of our Digital & eCommerce organization, the Portfolio Manager will play a pivotal role in maximizing the value of our Digital and eCommerce efforts by driving visibility, alignment, and decision-making across multiple product teams and stakeholder groups.
The Digital Portfolio Manager will sit at the nexus of customer insights, business objectives, operational performance, and value realization. By collecting, synthesizing, and communicating critical data points—ranging from initiative progress and value delivery to resource allocation, risks, and collaboration effectiveness—this role will empower Digital & eCommerce leaders, product owners, and partners to make informed, impactful strategic and tactical decisions.
The role will report to the Manager, Portfolio Management as part of our Customer Experience organization.
Must sit in St. Louis, MO or Burlington, MA. Hybrid working model.
