Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage an end-to-end portfolio of off-plan property clients, from initial inquiry to deal closure
2. Actively source and convert leads through calls, referrals, and property portals
3. Stay updated on new project launches, developer payment plans, and off-plan inventory across Dubai
4. Advise clients on ROI, capital appreciation, and payment plan structuring for off-plan investments
5. Coordinate and conduct property viewings, sales presentations, and site visits for upcoming projects
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and repeat clients
7. Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring compliance with RERA regulations
8. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, and closures on CRM
9. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
10. Provide after-sales support and market updates to investor clients
11. Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management
