As a Portfolio Manager at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Optics and IP portfolio. You’ll lead the Optics and IP portfolio for a key Nokia Customer, managing financial and operational performance while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.   • Lead cross-functional project management initiatives for the Optics and IP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with pre-sales teams, creating compelling proposals and bid offers that meet customer needs.
  • Oversee post-sales delivery, serving as the primary escalation point for customer governance and support across hardware, services and post-delivery support.
  • Manage the contract execution and financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L accountability, KPI tracking, and proactive cost and timeline management.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, acting as the main contact for planning, execution, and prioritization throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Implement and manage effective risk management and change management processes to mitigate project challenges.
  • Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure program scope is effectively managed and aligned with governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, adhering to PMI principles and Nokia’s operational guidelines.
  • Attend customer premises in greater Sydney when required.
