Quantive Property Management oversees a growing portfolio of multifamily and single-family rentals across Ohio, Texas, and Chicago. We’re looking for a Portfolio Manager to support and coordinate our on-site managers, help keep collections on track, fill vacancies, and make sure projects and maintenance run smoothly.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on position focused on organization, follow-up, and accountability. The Portfolio Manager will check in with property managers, monitor rent collection, ensure vacancies are being worked, keep maintenance to standard, and handle oversight of single-family rentals. You’ll also assist with budgets and financial tracking, reporting directly to ownership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stay on top of rent collection and follow up on delinquencies
• Support property managers in Ohio & Texas with daily needs
• Track vacancies and leasing activity to reduce downtime
• Coordinate projects, renovations, and unit turns
• Review expenses and assist in monitoring property budgets
• Ensure maintenance requests are completed properly and on time
• Provide simple performance updates to ownership
