We are now looking for a Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager to drive our growth strategy in Norway. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys turning market insights into customer value. Your Role As Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing our Software & Services portfolio for the Norwegian market. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Nordic stakeholders, you will ensure our offerings are easy to buy, easy to sell, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in developing solutions used by hundreds of customers and several hundred thousand employees across Norway. Key Responsibilities Drive Go-to-Market Strategy Develop and execute go-to-market plans that support growth and market expansion. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure commercial success. Own and Optimize the Portfolio Manage and continuously improve the Software & Services Catalogue. Ensure offerings are market-relevant, commercially compelling, and operationally deliverable. Transform Insights into Value Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into customer-centric solutions. Identify opportunities to strengthen our portfolio and market position. Execute with Impact Balance strategic planning with operational execution. Drive commercial readiness and ensure successful launch and adoption of new offerings. Drive Innovation Stay ahead of developments within HR technology, SaaS, AI, and customer needs. Continuously enhance and evolve our portfolio to maintain a competitive edge. About You You are a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for creating solutions that solve real customer challenges. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, or Strategic Marketing. Experience within B2B SaaS, HR technology, software, or professional services is highly desirable. Proven success in launching, scaling, and optimizing commercial offerings. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. Comfortable operating as part of a management team. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate both strategic and operational responsibilities. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Languages Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken. Nice to Have Familiarity with AI concepts and practical experience using AI tools. Why Join SD Worx?
