As the Portfolio Manager - Service Solutions, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive and competitive strategic plan for the Service Agreement business globally. Your role will involve defining the value proposition to grow, develop and map business opportunities for Service agreements and develop a sound aftermarket strategy for each of the Service Contract offerings that can be delivered to sales areas for execution in the market.
Parts & Services winning aspiration is “To be the pro-active supplier to our customer, serving all their aftermarket needs through tailored offerings.” For Service Solutions this means that you will define, develop and improve offerings and solutions to support sales areas in servicing their customer better. You will also evaluate contract proposal drafts and guide the Sales Area’s together with your team of expert Category Managers to create the most effective Service Contract proposals.
In your role, you will collaborate closely with your Product Line colleagues, especially other Portfolio Managers, to leverage synergies and drive growth in the Parts & Services business through Service Solutions. Additionally, you will also work closely with the Service Operations function, which is responsible for executing the Service Agreements according to your defined specifications.
We are looking for an innovative and passionate individual who is a strategic thinker with clear vision and solid networking and communication skills. You will also have substantial experience at successfully developing a product or service portfolio to meet customer needs and grow market share.
As part of this role, you will be based in Amsterdam and report directly to the Vice President of the Product Line.
Your character – An entrepreneurial business professional with the ability to build and develop solid business relationships.
You have a university degree in business or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience managing a product or business line. You have detailed knowledge of maintenance operations and contracts and an ability to make efficient decisions and set priorities. You have strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire people from different functional areas.

As we operate in an international setting, you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing! International travel will be required for this role.
