Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups and other sales channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Dubai real estate opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, projects and investment opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and update activities in the CRM
• Work closely with marketing, administration and management teams to maximize conversions
• Participate in training, team meetings and performance reviews
