Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Marketing Executive to deliver engaging, impactful marketing initiatives across our three distinct hotel brands. Reporting to the Portfolio Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for building brand presence, driving hotel revenue, and ensuring alignment with Accor brand standards across both digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the acquisition of marketing assets for social media including video and photography.
  • Update hotel websites, ensuring SEO optimisation and accurate content across all platforms and OTAs.
  • Support social media strategy and content creation (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to drive engagement and brand reach.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns and CRM segmentation strategies using platforms like Mailchimp or Taguchi.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and social insights, reporting on key KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage influencer and content creator collaborations, from vetting through to execution and analysis.
  • Design and produce high-quality collateral including brochures, menus, flyers, and signage using Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Coordinate print advertising placements and liaise with designers, copywriters, and media partners.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, tourism groups, and attend trade shows to represent the portfolio.
  • Build and manage a yearly marketing calendar aligned with revenue, F&B, and occupancy goals.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure integrated campaign alignment.
  • Act as the brand champion, maintaining close communication with Accor Sales & Marketing teams to implement campaigns and uphold visual standards.
    Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor or tertiary qualified hospitality professional with at least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing role.
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Have sound digital marketing concepts, best practices, and analytics.
  • Eye for detail with excellent organisational skills, ability to maintain calendars and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Social media experience is an asset.
  • Genuine passion for guest experience, hospitality, and the tourism industry with a guest-centric mindset.
  • Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with graphic design, social media, and content creation platforms (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
