Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Portfolio Marketing Manager to join our MedTech marketing team on a 12 month maternity cover basis.
The Portfolio Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives and executing campaigns that enhance brand positioning, engage healthcare professionals, and support commercial objectives.
This role will drive the success of Kimal’s manufactured product portfolio by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and wider commercial teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Marketing Degree or professional qualification in marketing
  • Proven experience in a marketing role within the medical, pharmaceutical, life sciences or scientific sector
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to understand, analyse and disseminate complex information or processes
  • Experience managing a portfolio of products and services
  • Strategic mindset with excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and campaign effectiveness
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a portfolio marketing plan outlining clear product strategies and messaging
  • Creation of marketing collateral and sales enablement content relating to the products and aligned to regional market requirements for use across physical and digital channels
  • Developing and co-ordinating the marketing communication and congress strategy. Monitoring campaign impact and ROI
  • Managing the lifecycle of a diverse portfolio of medical products and services, analysis of existing product performance and planning for new product introductions
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensuring an understanding of market, competitor, and clinical trends across all product groups in each of the key markets
