Job Description

OO PUUMANAWA ME OO WHEAKO | YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Tertiary degree in Management.
  • Qualification in Engineering, or other technical/business discipline.
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in the establishment and/or running of EPMO, PMOs, Delivery functions in large public or private sector organisations.
  • Prince2, PMP (PMBOK), MSP or similar qualifications.
  • Proven experience developing high performing teams and building team culture.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience and ability to make operational decisions.
  • Strong influencing skills within a multi-team organisation.
  • Driven to achieve goals with passion and energy.
  • Prior experience within Local Government would be an advantage.
