CONTRACTOR WORK MODEL: HYBRID

Our client is seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to support the implementation of Lean Portfolio &
Product Management practices within Information Security. This role is ideal for someone who has
supported portfolio operations from the ground up, not just maintained them. The analyst will help
define and test how epics, features, and stories connect across layers, bridge gaps in tooling and
governance, and lay the foundation for a sustainable Portfolio & Product Operations capability.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in lean portfolio management, product operations or product management, or program

management.

• Proven experience implementing or maturing LPM/SAFe/Disciplined Agile models.
• Hands-on use of ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Apptio (or equivalents).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Background in security, risk, or technology portfolios preferred.

stand-up of portfolio operations and can contribute ideas, shape processes, and execute hands-on
work. The ideal candidate thrives in pilot environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is
ready to help shape a repeatable and scalable portfolio
operations model.
