As Portfolio & Patient Value Strategy Chapter Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping how Roche Indonesia brings innovative medicines to patients—by defining portfolio priorities, access strategies, and long-term value creation across the healthcare ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the country General Manager, with accountability for both strategic direction and people leadership. You will influence decisions at the highest level while enabling teams to translate strategy into meaningful impact for patients and healthcare partners. The Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for setting and driving Roche Indonesia’s portfolio and patient value strategy, ensuring alignment between business priorities, healthcare system realities, and patient needs. You will: Define and lead portfolio strategy across Roche's current and future pipeline, translating market, policy, and healthcare trends into clear strategic priorities and growth opportunities Guide brand and portfolio planning, ensuring that disease strategies, lifecycle planning, and investments are aligned with long-term business and patient impact objectives. Enable Portfolio & Patient Value Strategy teams and TA Catalysts by providing customer insights Embed customer-centric and insight-driven decision making, using data and field insights to inform strategy, improve execution, and continuously refine approaches. Builds credible relationships with National Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to influence product coverage and advocacy. Generate growth opportunities by understanding marketplace, political, societal, and technological dynamics and trends. Drive and embed digital & multichannel marketing strategy Lead and develop a high-performing team, creating an environment of trust, accountability, and continuous learning, while building future leaders for Roche Indonesia. Empowers teams to self-organize and provides coaching to develop high-potential employees for career growth Who you are You are a strategic, patient-centric leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for shaping healthcare impact at scale. You thrive in complex environments and are able to turn insights into clear direction while empowering teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. You bring: Minimum of 7–10 years of managerial experience in Marketing, Business Unit Leadership, or a similar senior commercial role within the multinational pharmaceutical industry. A University degree in Pharmacy or Medical is required. An advanced degree (Master's/MBA) is highly preferred. Excellent commercial acumen and strong financial abilities, including familiarity with budgeting and forecasting. Proven track record of strong leadership, team management, and development. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior internal and external levels.
