Description

We are looking for a Portfolio PMO to support our Shared Services Ltd Portfolio.
The Shared Services function provides its services to the Technology teams of the LCH Business Lines, to deliver technical change to shared systems and applications. This work is tracked and monitored by the Portfolio team.
By working closely with the Portfolio Director and with the support of the PMO Lead, our colleague will insure governance, financial due diligence and regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Review project and portfolio reporting for accuracy, working with Project Managers to draw out the achievements and upcoming activities and challenging RAG rationale if required
  • Review and assistance in creating the monthly Portfolio Board Pack (standard slides) and agreeing and creating any spotlight sessions
  • Monthly financial management of the total cash budget; management of the actuals and forecast reporting, following up with Project Managers variances in actuals vs forecasts, challenging costs where over and under budget, working with Finance to remediate any cost issues and frequent review of run rate/spend achievability
  • Monthly review of rate card reports, ensuring that there is frequent validation with Team Leads and business management team
  • Annual budget planning process
  • DXOne migration project management; holding weekly stand ups and reporting progress to internal stakeholders, managing milestones, organising and hosting Accelerated Development Sessions
  • Cloud GSP PMO ad-hoc PMO support; supporting anywhere Cloud Programme Director requires
  • SS Ltd Cloud AWS and Azure monthly charge reviews; extracting data, analysing and presenting back to stakeholders
  • Tracking of server decommissions in SS LTD
  • Provide data in to Post Trade Portfolio Board
  • Review of governance documentation
  • Maintaining best practice in Clarity (e.g. ensure all budgets, drawdowns, stage gates are up to date)
  • Quarterly Portfolio finance review packs
  • Quarterly Portfolio overview packs
