We are a locally owned community association management firm located in Lauderdale Lakes, Tamarac and Greenacres, FL, servicing over275 Condo and Homeowners Associations. We are rapidly expanding and are in need of experienced licensed property managers.
Team players with great people and computer skills and condominium property knowledge needed for portfolio management.
Salary :Based on the size of the portfolio, new accounts signing on monthly, Position is for part time to start**

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Knowledge of TOPS /Enumerate Central and minimum 3 years HOA / COA experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
