Role Type: Individual Contributor reporting to Area Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture the existing merchant portfolio assigned from the mall portfolio. Conduct regular merchant visits to strengthen relationships and ensure service quality. Generate additional POS terminals on a month-on-month basis to drive business growth. Achieve a minimum of 5% incremental growth in transaction throughput. Cross-sell banking and financial products such as General Insurance and Asset/Business Loans. Ensure activation of at least 5 merchants month-on-month (MoM) to maintain portfolio productivity. Address merchant queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of merchant satisfaction. Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for increased usage and revenue. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong relationship management and communication skills Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets Knowledge of POS terminals, merchant acquiring, and payment solutions Ability to cross-sell financial products Willingness to travel for merchant visits
