Company Description The Accor Salter Brothers Portfolio is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservations Sales Agent to join our Reservations team. The portfolio consists of 11 hotels spanning across 4 states in Australia and consists of 4 different Accor brands. Job Description What will you be doing? Process & input group, FIT & corporate reservations via phone, email & other channels. Maintain fluency with the ALL Live Limitless Loyalty Program Provide efficient, friendly & professional service to all guests Be the first point of contact for all incoming booking enquiries Liaise with the relevant Hotels to ensure that you we can deliver on service requests Qualifications Your Skills and experience include: Service oriented with an eye for detail.
