  Job Role / KRA’s                     Job requires managing central agencies and adding new agencies.  Managing independent team from all states. Liaison with central and state teams.  Meeting monthly collection targets. Deep bucket collections   Job Requirements, Skills, Knowledge prerequisites Knowhow of managing collection call centers, digital approach, negotiation, skip tracing and managing state level team. Having basic legal knowledge. Deep bucket collections.
