Your Day to Day * Own daily pricing activity across assigned hotels, including setup, reviews and multiple decision cycles. * Analyse performance and market data to shape pricing decisions, forecasts and revenue strategies. * Lead regular revenue meetings, track outcomes and ensure clear follow‑through on actions. * Support forecasting and business mix planning, including submissions and ongoing adjustments. * Deliver timely insights through reporting, analysis and project work to improve commercial performance.   What We Need From You * 2–3 years’ experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial analysis roles.  * Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.  * Confident communication skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.  * Strong organisation and time management skills, able to manage high volumes of tasks and deadlines. * Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with systems and data tools.   At IHG, we’ve made a promise.
