This is a high-visibility, owner-facing revenue leadership role responsible for driving topline performance, market share and profitability across Mercure Vung Tau and ibis Styles Vung Tau You will be part of a performance-driven leadership team with strong growth ambitions and clear career progression within Accor Southeast Asia Job Description Strategic Revenue Leadership Lead and execute revenue strategy for Mercure Vung Tau (80 rooms) and ibis Styles Vung Tau (250 rooms) Drive RevPAR index growth, ADR optimization and occupancy balance across segments Develop short-, mid- and long-term pricing strategies aligned to demand cycles Maximize total hotel profitability, not just topline rooms revenue Forecasting & Performance Management Prepare rolling forecasts, budgets and monthly outlooks with clear action plans Analyse pace, pickup, demand trends and competitor performance Present weekly and monthly performance insights to executive team and ownership Identify revenue risks and opportunities early and implement corrective strategies Distribution & Channel Optimisation Optimize channel mix across direct, OTA, TO and corporate segments Ensure rate parity, inventory control and distribution cost efficiency Leverage Accor distribution platforms and loyalty ecosystem Drive direct booking strategy and digital contribution Commercial Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing and E-commerce on need-period strategy Support group pricing, MICE and long-stay strategy Lead weekly revenue and commercial strategy meetings Work closely with Front Office & Reservations to optimize upsell and inventory Systems & Reporting Ensure effective use of RMS (IDeaS preferred), TARS, Lighthouse and BI tools Maintain strong data integrity and reporting discipline Drive a culture of fact-based decision making Qualifications 2-3 years’ experience in hotel revenue management Multi-property or cluster exposure preferred Strong analytical and commercial mindset Proven track record in RevPAR index growth and pricing strategy Experience with IDeaS RMS and Accor systems preferred Strong understanding of Vietnam leisure, domestic and corporate demand drivers Strong communication skills and stakeholder management Additional Information •Excellent career opportunity to grow within the Accor network •Employee benefits offering privileged rates at Accor hotels worldwide. •Development opportunities through Accor’s learning programs. •Competitive compensation and benefits . •Resort lifestyle , beachfront energy and a place where your craft shines Job-Category: Revenue Management & Pricing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
